We’re passionate about Hampshire Down lamb and are keen to build a community of like-minded enthusiasts who want to be part of what we’re building. We’re keen to talk to more farmers who could feed into our supply chain to keep local retailers and consumers stocked up on Hampshire Down lamb.
We’d like to talk to more butchers, delicatessens, and retail outlets who’d like to stock our local lamb products, and we’re keen to engage with consumers, whether you’re already a ‘lamb lover’ or yet to ‘learn to love lamb’ to get your feedback on the cuts you’d like to try, where you’d like to be able to buy and of course, what you think of the taste!
If you’re involved in the food industry in any way – from chefs to food critics, local tourism bodies to media representatives, packaging companies to food quality assurance organisations, and so on, please feel free to drop us a message and share your thoughts. We’re keen to engage with anyone who is passionate about high-quality local produce, just as we are!
You can also stay up-to-date by following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Whilst we’re more knowledgeable about sheep than social media, we’ll do our best to share the latest developments with Hampshire Down Lamb as we grow and expand!
